Honey Cider Vinaigrette

Being always on the pantry station at work, I’m inspired to make different types of salad dressings. I’m bored with the dressings we make every day, so I’ve been making my own whenever we have salad for family meal.

Ingredients: 1 cup cider vinegar, 1 cup honey, Tbsp salt, and tsp pepper

Whisk all the ingredients together until the honey isn’t sticking to the bottom of the bowl.

Mix together all the salad ingredients and toss with the vinaigrette.

This dressing is sweet with a type of zing from the vinegar. It goes great with an apple salad with some walnuts too!
