Italian Meatball’s

Pasta is on the menu tonight and I thought I would make meatball’s to go with it. Besides work, I haven’t made Italian meatball’s since I decided to a couple years ago with my mom.

Ingredients: 1 Lb ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp dried basil, 2 tsp dried oregano, 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 cup panko crumbs, and 1/2 cup grated mozzarella.

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands. Roll into 2 inch balls.

heat oven to 350 degrees.

heat up a saute pan with oil in it. Once the oil is hot, sear both sides of the meatball’s.

Take a baking pan and spray with non-stick spray. Place the seared meatball in the baking pan and cook for about half an hour or until the temp of the meatball reaches 155 degree’s.

The meatball’s are so moist and delicious! And mixed with the pasta, OMG it’s heaven!!
