Fried Chicken

For some strange reason, I had the big idea that I wanted to make Fried Chicken, so I did.

Ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1 bag chicken wings (defrosted), 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tsp pepper, 2 tsp salt, 2 cups buttermilk, and 4 cups vegetable oil (heated to 375)

In a large bowl combine the flour, cayenne, paprika, pepper, and salt. In another bowl pour the buttermilk in it.

Take a chicken wing at a time and toss in the flour mixture, then roll in the milk, and back into the flour and dip into the oil. Cook until the chicken is golden brown, then carefully take out of the oil and place on a plate with paper towel on it. Let cool and enjoy!
