Remember the Pesto I made earlier? Well I marinaded a couple chicken breast in it and then grilled them to perfection. The I boiled some Fettucini to Al Dante and Steamed some broccoli until just tender.
Ingredients for the Alfredo Sauce: 1/2 a stick of butter, 2 bars of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 2 cups milk, 16 oz Parmesan/Romano/Asiago cheese mix, 1 Tbsp basil, 1 Tbsp oregano, 1 Tbsp marjoram, 1 Tbsp granulated garlic, 1 Tbsp salt, and 1 Tbsp pepper.
Melt the butter down and add the cream cheese. Melt the cream cheese and add the milk. Bring the milk to a boil and add the cheese mixture. Bring to another boil to melt the rest of the cheese. Add the spices and mix well and bring to another boil.
Then mix the chicken, pasta, broccoli, and alfredo sauce all together and enjoy!
