Tonight I made my own dry rub for pork. This recipe is meant for 1 pork chop.
For the rub you need 1 tsp of everything: smoked paprika, white pepper, salt, coriander, cumin, all spice, sage, and grated garlic.
Rub the rub on the pork chop and marinade for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of how ever long you want it. Once the marinade time is up pre heat the oven to 375 and wash off the marinade. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides of the chop and cook the chop for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
I also made some yukon gold mashed potatoes with this but all I did was add butter and milk.
