So tonight I made Quinoa Beef Stew.
I cooked the quinoa in beef broth and added chopped onion and parsnips.
With the beef, I mixed it first with salt, white pepper, and a lil bit of smoked spanish paprika. Then I jus fried it a tad and then added it to the quinoa mixture until most of the liquid was gone.
For the yellow peppers, all I did was julian half a yellow pepper and ate that on the side.
